Upcoming Shows and stock update (or lack of)
Hi there, sorry it's been so long since my last update. Summer has been busy as hell and you know how it goes. It was great seeing FAN CLUB again, and in a different setting. ZORN and SKALLAR both played a great show a few days after and it was exciting hearing new band PAINTED WOUND live. I've got two more shows coming up. The first is STREET GLOVES (Montreal e-beat) who will be playing at Emissions Record shop nice and early on Sunday the 27th. $10 and we'll start as soon as possible after 6pm. One band and then we're out of here, so I can clean up my workplace. A few shows have happened at Emissions and all of them have been a blast. It sounds pretty good in here. Please respect the space because the collective WE are very lucky that the shop is allowing an event to happen meaning it can be all ages. After that, on October 7th GUIDING LIGHT from Texas will be coming to play the No No Room along with local rockers GLUM (fresh off their new album) and LAWNGIRL. This show is something a little different for me and I'll have a flyer cooked up for that soon. As always, check out Toronto Ask a Punk for any and all show details. I announce things as a placeholder on there before sharing them here or on social media. I haven't taken updated stock in a little while and am currently re-organizing my apartment, so that'll have to wait. TOTAL CON records came and went -- more than half of them sold in person which is really what I intend with doing this. I'll be hitting up R.I.P. Peace to cap off a package of recent releases soon, and I do have copies of the latest Nimmie Amee tape Smeared Moon in the meantime. I haven't tried mailing anything to the US since recent changes, so I'm not sure how that will work if and when the time comes to address it.
